I would consider picking up Fencing Grace at level 1, taking your first level in Swashbuckler, then the rest in Arcanist until you qualify for Eldritch Knight.
I don't play PFS very much. If you aren't completely dedicated to the Arcanist (I know, the sword is cool) I believe I read that a Scryer (subschool of divination) Wizard qualifies for being able to cast the third level spells needed for Eldritch Knight for early access.
Other than that, I think it looks fine. I would consider grabbing toughness early on if your not planning on early access, you're going to be a squishy elf otherwise.

I am not going for early access, i was going to try and fill the gap of the parties Arcane caster (at least at first). Then going into EK ... because honestly lets see us get that far :P
It is very temping to take Swashy first though :P but this is being converted over from my bard ... whos spells were really handy in our first adventure.
What i might do is right before we turn 2 switch it over to the swashbuckler for the last adventure before level 2.
