Once again the First 10 Shipping hasn't been correctly applied, it only gives - $7.16. Also I have a package, if you can call it that, costing me 2 bucks to ship with just the 2 Promo Cards from the ACG in it! (Package 1)

I have moved the replacement book to it's own order, since that seems to be causing some shenanigans.
I am looking into the promo card issue, since they won't be shipping in a separate package, and will update you once that is figured out.
