A player wants to use create water to cover a part of the floor.
Currently at lvl 3, she's able to conjure 6 gallons per cast, how many 5ft squares does that cover? I can't seem to find a proper website to cover my question, so maybe someone else has seen this happen was my next guess.
Also, it being a cantrip, she could actually go about a room merrily covering an entire floor? Just wondering here.

1 Cubic Ft = 7.48051948 Gallons (US)
0.80208333333 Cubic Ft = 6 Gallons (US)
So… Just how covered are you talking about here? An inch thick would get you 12 times the spread (roughly 1/2 square for 6 gallons), while half an inch thick would get you 24 times the spread (roughly 1 square for 6 gallons). Apart from boredom, there's not much stopping the player, yes.
EDIT: Math error, sorry. I shouldn't post when I'm sleepy. Z_z

Since you already saw the first post, my editing it won't alert you that the number was wrong, so I'm posting this again below, with the corrected numbers:
I made the math mistake because of sleepiness, and invite others to check the math. Here's the deal: 1 cubic foot has 12 x 12 x 12 = 1728 cubic inches inside it. I got hung up on the wrong thing last time and messed it up. 1 inch thick should give 12 sq. ft. coverage (1728/12/12=12). 1/2 inch thick should give 24 sq. ft (1728/12/12x2).
1 Cubic Ft = 7.48051948 Gallons (US)
0.80208333333 Cubic Ft = 6 Gallons (US)
An inch thick would get you roughly 1/2 square for 6 gallons, while half an inch thick would get you roughly 1 square for 6 gallons.
