RAW, no. "Bracers of armor cannot have any armor special abilities that add a flat gp amount to their cost" and Benevolent has a flat +2000gp cost. As a GM I would allow it because I don't see how it's overpowered. Bracers of armour are usually a bad buy compared to armour or some form of the Mage Armour spell; Benevolent doesn't make it a better buy. If your GM doesn't like that but is open to flexibility, consider asking if you can get Benevolent as a +1 ability on the bracers - that would make it more expensive, especially as it gets more useful.
Bodyguard definitely works with the Helpful trait & it's a good combo.
