If you were going to build a Sorcerer to meet the following requirements, how would you build it?
1. Being played by someone who has never played a full caster but is fairly familiar with Pathfinder otherwise (and is also 13).
2. PFS legal, no racial boons
3. Leaning strongly in his interest to an Air Elemental / Bronze Draconic Blooded. Perhaps not both but likely one of them.
4. Wants to be primarily a blaster blockbuster type but considering taking 4 levels of Dragon Disciple but not likely until he has 3rd level spells.
Looking for feat suggestions, gear suggestions, etc. The biggest decision, I think is to cross-blood or not to. Same with Dragon Disciple. Tough decision both ways, really. The player in question is also used to playing mostly martial characters.
I honestly have not played a full caster blasty type and don't have a lot of great suggestions beyond "Get Empower Spell and Maximize Spell". In PFS you have to work front loading, I think. That puts Dazing Spell pretty far behind the curve. I think it also makes a couple of traits mandatory.

My opinion:
Cross-blood is fine only for straigh line sorcerers.
About sorcerer i suggest to take a look and another (searching power!).
About blasters, yes is the wizard but is good to read this.
About Dragon Disciple you can find something here.
Personally i wont go Dragon Disciple blasting, i would prefer going Dragon Disciple focusing on buffs, especially if i'm used to playing mostly martial characters.

Ok, sorry didn't noticed that, just trying to help.
A question: Why if he's always playing a martial class, now decided to play some kind of caster?
I think going Dragon Disciple will be a great choice for him, avoiding focusing on something, i think blasting need a special focus on and don't mix very well with the Prestige Class.

Well, I think he wants to branch out a bit and discover what he has been missing. Plus I tend to play martials often and have the most experience to lend there. That likely has a lot to do with why he played martials a lot in the first place.
Dragon Disciple only loses 1 caster level, but I think that coupled with cross blooded puts him too far behind in casting to be effective as a blaster. Well, at least until he gets 3rd level spells, anyway.

You certainly shouldn't be a pure blaster if you're going Dragon Disciple.
The damage spells you lean should be the ones with no saves as your charisma won't be as high as a straight arcane caster since a DD needs to worry about Str etc.
Consider going orc/dragon bloodlines - orc adds to damage spells and at level 9 it can boost your strength score which stacks with DD boosts. Between the two he'd get +2 damage per die on every spell of his element. If he goes for an electric dragon, shocking grasp can be REALLY mean. (At level 5 an average of 27.5 damage with a 1st level spell & no save - yes please) Also - make sure to grab the trait which gives +2 to your caster level (max of your hit die) to help counter the spellcasting he loses by going DD.
If he goes half-orc and picks up a bite attack, a nat weapon build is quite good. Use the bite only on charges etc, and the claws on full attacks. This is actually advantageous over having claws all of the time as when the bite is the only nat weapon it gets 1.5x strength damage. Though at higher levels he can pick up an extra nat attack or two with gear. (Helm of the Mammoth Lord etc) It also lets you pull off tricks similar to a magus as when you have a touch attack up - hitting with a nat attack makes the touch spell go off.
Wear a Haramaki for armor early - unless he grabs arcane armor training etc.
For stats - if going for DD - consider something along the lines of -
Half-orc
Str: 16
Dex: 14
Con: 14
Int: 10
Wis: 10
Cha: 14
As you can see - to get solid physical stats - his spell DCs are 2-3 points lower than a normal arcane caster's. If he wants to go pure caster - restat to a more standard sorceror and skip the DD. (Though orc/draconic is still a good combo for the bonus damage.)

Jodokai: Interesting suggestion, I'll pass it along. I think he may have had his heart set on Dragon Disciple. Also I think for someone just starting into a full caster that a spontaneous caster would be a good way to ease him in so he doesn't have to keep track of a spellbook.
Charon's Little Helper: That is pretty close to what I was thinking except swapping the Str and Cha scores. Slightly more blastery than fighty.
Something I wonder about in PFS is I know you have to have the book for the feats, races, traits, etc that you use. But what about equipment? I think the book must not be required because if it were then what about equipment that drops during an adventure? Hmm... anyone here know the answer?
I ask because I do not own the book the Haramaki comes from. Well, I am going to be buying it tonight, but I still wonder.
