There was a DnD miniature, but now is not available at least from Paizo Store.
Hound Archon is probably one of the best options for Summon Monster IV in Pathfinder, so I am surprised that they have not created any miniature for it. I suppose that is one of the most commonly summoned critters.
They have one at Cool Stuff, but it's pricy.
You could also probably make due with a gnoll or werewolf hybrid form.

If you don't mind a slightly Egyptian theme for your Archon, you could go with an Anubis mini and paint him up in celestial colors: http://www.miniature-giant.com/anubis-guard-oop-Reaper-WarLord-WL-sku-14390 -pr-10205.html
I summon a hound archon all the time. To test magical items to see if they're cursed. ;) At this point it's become a running joke at our table on how my summoner mistreats her summons, and the poor hound archon hates seeing us when he's called.
This clearly won't have any long term consequences at all, I'm sure. ;)

I seem to recall a game... don't remember the name... but it had a race of wolf-like bipeds that wielded huge swords. Hell... what was that game called. We actually used one of those minis for our games when I summoned hound archons. War-something...
***EDIT*** Hybrid! The game was called Hybrid, by Rackam. The bases included with the minis were a bit oversized, but I'd imagine that they could be placed onto medium sized bases. The sculpts were really nice, but if you were looking for something pre-painted, I'm afraid I cannot help.
Perhaps some kit-bashing from old Mage-Knight? But I can't think of any that would fit the bill.
