Hi, supposed to be playing in a WotW campaign soon, but recently came across the Obedience feats and PrC Evangelist
However, was intending on having Erinyes connections and wondered if it's possible to design Boons from worshiping the Whore Queens instead of Asmodeus?
(I'd have to get someone to do it for me as I wouldn't know where to start...)

This is actually more of an advice or house rule question since you are looking for alternate rule as opposed to how they are in the book.
Do you have any specific boons you would like? If so list them, and see what people can come up with.
Also be sure to let the GM know about this. He may not want a bunch of strangers designing stuff for his/her game.

It's more so I have a few things I can ask my GM about; I've been looking at all the feats and stuff from Inner Sea Gods and the fact that Hellish Shackles is the only thing I can find for the Infernal side is a bit one-sided, considering you can get Demonic, Celestial and Deific Obedience for pretty much everything else...
So, it was more of a wondering where the Infernal Obedience feat (and PrC) has got to (as otherwise there's only Asmodeus and he's covered already)?
At the top right corner, click "flag" and then choose "Thread in wrong forum". It happens quite often, really no big deal. :)
As far as I know there are no obediences for the whore queens published. The obedience system is fairly new, I wouldn't be surprised to see obediences for the more unusual deities added somewhere down the line.

I managed to negotiate for an Evangelist of Ardad Lili (and do an Infernal Obedience) homebrew feat

Her obedience should definitely give you a +4 to bluff and then something else (Norgorber's boon gives +4 to bluff and diplomacy to gather information).
Greater evangelist boon: the same as Arshea's? Charisma to AC? To play to the seducer aspect.
The ability for charm spells to effect those normally immune would be fitting too.
Your guess is pretty good for what I gave her. I sorted out abilities for most of the Archdukes/Whore Queens, although I have not done details of what the obedience requires for all of them.
Most of it is copied from Existing gods/Empyreal Lords/Demon Lords to try and keep a consistent power level.
