Rules Questions

In the Familiar Folio there is the option to replace a sorcerer's first level bloodline power with a familiar, with the creature also gaining a small ability in exchange, this isnt an archetype and the book states that it this ability can be taken by "any other character with one of the following bloodlines", does this mean i can take Eldritch Heritage (Fey) on my bard and replace the bloodline power with a familiar who has the Amusing Familiar ability?

The exact quote:

Quote:
At 1st level, a sorcerer, bloodrager, or any other character with one of the following bloodlines can choose to gain a bloodline familiar

Eldritch Heritage doesn't actually grant a bloodline, just the bloodline power, so by RAW, no (though Mythic Eldritch Heritage works for it?). It'd be a pretty reasonable houserule though.

Silver Crusade

Familiar Folio made me think about this:

a) Can you pick a familiar in place of Claws from Draconic Bloodline, them, at nv 6, regain Claws power from Blood of the Dragons via Dragon Disciple?
