A new Oracle Mystery : Wrath

Homebrew and House Rules

Silver Crusade

Inspired by the 7 deadly sins, comes a mystery for NPCs and PCs consumed by a contagious, devouring hate.

Some people are born in misery, others in luxury, but the most unfortunate grow in a hateful environment. Whether it is hate toward the unknown, the different, a sworn enemy or the imaginary source of one's misfortune, oracles of Wrath find intoxicating power in anger and vile resentment, and they find true power in spreading this sentiment to divide and crush their enemies.

I hope this option will bring something new and fun to your table, and am as always open to all your suggestions, critics and questions :)

I was actually in the process of creating Oracle Curses based upon the sins...

This is what I did for Wrath

Wrath:
Oracle Curse
Wrath-
You are consumed with with inordinate and uncontroled feelings of hatred and anger. Impatience and vitrol guide your reactions.

Effect
Any time you take damage, lose an opposed skill check or are the subject of a rage effect or spell, you become enraged, effectively sickened, and take a -2 penalty on all attack rolls, weapon damage rolls, saving throws, skill checks, and ability checksfor 1d4+1 rounds. Each round, as a move action, you may make a Wisdom check (DC 15) to end this condition. Once over you cannot be enraged for 1 minute per curse level. You gain a +2 morale bonus to save to will saves, except for emotion effects.

At 5th level, a you can enter a Wrath for a number of rounds per day equal to 4 + your Constitution modifier. At each level after 5th, you can maintain a Wrath for 2 additional rounds per day. Temporary increases to Constitution (such as those gained from Wrath or spells like bear's endurance) don't increase the total number of rounds that you can maintain a Wrath per day. The total number of rounds of Wrath per day is renewed after resting for 8 hours, although these hours need not be consecutive.
You can enter a Wrath as a free action. While in a Wrath, you gain a +4 morale bonus to your Strength and Constitution, as well as a +2 morale bonus on Will saves. In addition, you take a –2 penalty to Armor Class. The increase to Constitution grants you 2 hit points per Hit Die, but these disappear when the Wrath ends and are not lost first like temporary hit points. While in Wrath, a you cannot use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration. You can cast spells while in a Wrath or under another Rage effect, but cannot cast defensively or make concentration checks. While in a Wrath, you can cast and concentrate on only your Oracle spells, spells from other classes cannot be cast during this state.
You can only end your Wrath as a free action if you are not enraged. When the Wrath ends, you are fatigued for a number of rounds equal to twice the number of rounds spent in the Wrath. You cannot enter a new Wrath while fatigued or exhausted, but can otherwise enter Wrath multiple times during a single encounter or combat. If you fall unconscious, your Wrath immediately ends, placing you in peril of death.
Wrath counts as the barbarian's rage class feature for the purpose of feat prerequisites, feat abilities, magic item abilities, and spell effects.

At 10th Level, you gain damage reduction. Subtract 1 from the damage the Oracle takes each time you are dealt damage from a weapon or a natural attack. At 15th level, and every 5 levels thereafter, this damage reduction increases by 1 point. Damage Reduction can reduce damage to 0, but not below 0. This damage reduction is doubled against non-leathal damage.

At 15th level, when you enter a Wrath, the morale bonus to your Strength and Constitution increases to +6 and the morale bonus on your Will saves increases to +3. In addition, upon entering a Wrath, you can apply the effects an Oracle spell you know of 2nd level or lower to yourself. The spell must have a range of touch or personal. If the spell's duration is greater than 1 round, it instead lasts for the duration of the Wrath. This use consumes an Oracle spell slot, as if you had cast the spell; you must have the spell slot available to take advantage of this effect.
You can now also cast your Oracle spells defensively and can make concentration checks for Oracle spells while under Wrath.
This ability counts as the barbarian's greater rage ability for the purposes of feat prerequisites, feat abilities, magic item abilities, and spell effects.
