Lay on hands + reward of life + mythical healer

Rules Questions

If I use LoH on an ally and have both reward of life and mythical healer will the bonus from mythical healer be added to both the healing the ally receives and that I receive or only one? And if it is added once can I decide who get the bonus healing?

Example:
Paladin 6 with cha 14 uses LoH on ally. Ally is healed for 3d6 and paladin for 2 points of healing. Now mythical healer comes into play. What happens?

A) Both get an additional 1d4 of healing as the one healing has LoH as its source and the other has reward of life as its source
B) Only one gets the bonus, paladin can decide
C) Only the target of LoH gets the bonus

You linked "Mystical Healer" from rite publishing, is that correct?

If so, then each effect that causes a healing will get the additional healing dice listed in the table.
Same would happen for a channeled heal from a cleric. It may seem strong, but thats how the feat was written.

Yes, that is the one. Thanks for the answer.
