My friends invited me into a high level homebrew game and I found that the party had little in the way of range and I have always wanted to try out the zen archer class. I however have no idea how to build an archer or a character of such a high level. looking for advice on builds and equipment. More on builds though.
(eastern flair...if that matters)
Stats ridiculously high and approved by the GM): Lvl 19
Str: 14
Dex: 20
Con: 14
Int: 14
Wis: 28
Cha: 12
About the party average...we are playing epic heros.
Looking for any help to be offered.
Oh and Quiggong monk is on the table.

Make sure you get either a bow or arrows (probably the latter) with the cyclonic property. It would be embarrassing to be entirely shut down by wind wall or fickle winds.
You'll have 10 feats to choose from level, 6 from the class (not counting fixed bonus feats). That should be plenty to do whatever you want with archery.
From Qinggong Monk get Ki Leech; it may save you if you run out of ki.

A Zen Archer is actually one of the most straightforward characters to play, and even more so at high levels.
You'll be full-attacking every round for 9 attacks (flurry+ki+haste), with insane attack bonuses and great damage.
You'll have great AC and phenomenal saves. You'll have nice HP if you switch out Dex and Con, because you honestly don't need Dex all that much.
You can have all the standard ranged combat feats, including Deadly Aim, and arrows for every situation in your Efficient Quiver and Handy Haversack.
Do you have any specific questions or concerns?

Zen Archer is an easy class to play, especially at high level when tricks are complete. You presumably already know the guide, but here it is anyway.

You should really switch your DEX and STR. DEX is nothing by AC and Init for you, and you can be 120' away and still destroy the bad guys.
If this is a home game, add Gravity Bow to your Efficient Quiver, if you're good guys, add Holy to your Bow to make your Arrows 4d6 against evil, 2d6 against everything else. Bracers of Falcon's Aim gives you 3 feats (Skill Focus: Perception, Weapon Focus, Improved Critical: Bow/Cross bow) for the low, low price of 4,000gp. A ring of Ki Mastery is always handy.
Other than that, it's really pretty straight forward. Rapid Shot and Manyshot don't work with Flurry's so avoid them.

Make sure to take Stunning Fist as a feat. The uses per day are based on your monk level, and you can use them through your arrows.
Remember to use trick shot to get around any cover, concealment, or wind walls that your GM may throw up. You can shoot over a fickle winds for 3 ki.
If you have access to the Ranged Tactics Toolbox, look into the targeting feats for some ranged maneuvers.
