building an outsider(native) race need help

I am building a tiny outsider(native) race which has +2 dex, +2 cha costing 2 racial points(it is the flexible ability modifiers), Fly speed 60 ft good costing 10 racial points, 30 ft movement costing 0 racial points, outsider(native) 3 racial points, Tiny size costing 4 racial points, for a total of 19 racial points.

As it stands right now the race because of size would have a -2 strength, +4 dexterity, and +2 charisma. +2 to hit, -2 cmb, +2 armor class, no reach. 60 ft darkvision for being an outsider, fly speed 60ft good, movement of 30ft.

I am looking for input for the race for things i could do with it to make it more rounded.

Well, what do you want to use it for?

This mostly looks like a caster, since trying to hit anything seems troublesome (0 reach andall). It could work well as a ranged character though, particularly as a gunslinger.

Also, you might want to give us some kind of theme. A lot of playable native outsider races are associated with planes, for instance (so good/evil with various ancestors, elemental, shadow realm, etc.). I am not going to say that it absolutely has to be associated with an outer realm (rakshasas are extremely earthly beings), but it still helps.

Is this just a generic fairy? Is it some kind of little bugger like imps and quasits? Maybe some kind of servant to some higher power like that one crow like psychopomps (you could get some kind of golem-esque servants in that kind of role as well).

I was thinking of a race suited for mouser swashbuckler archetype, and it's supposed to look like a churib, the little winged children looking angels or archon I guess. Usually good but not always. Bird like wings very small wings but still able to hold them aloft. Very play full but some times willing to play tricks on people Sims times. They have an unearthly cuteness about them hence the extra chrisma and their size gives them bonus to their nimbulness.

The mouser archetype has a built in ability that allows them to move into and an apponents square by sending one 1 point of panache.
