I responded to this same question about that order. To be clear, I was missing the promotional cards from December. I took all the cards out of the box to sleeve them, and there were no promotional cards there. My January order was just processed, so it is not for this month, I just noticed the two promotional cards from December were not included.
I can wait until February to save you from having to ship them by themselves. Thanks for your help in the matter.

I got the promo cards in the mail, sadly, they were the wrong ones. I realize my description of the issue is pretty poor though, so that is my fault.
I got in an extra copy of the Mistborn ship promo as well as the blessing, which is the promotional card that came with my order for this month already. I am missing the promotional card for December's order.
I have no problem paying the shipping to ship out the correct one, and I can also ship back the extra Mistborn card as well. Please let me know what I can do.
It looks like the order you placed to ship them was correct (Order 3434402) but looks like they shipped the two cancelled items and not the other items. So, I didn't recieve the Magpie Princess, but did get a second Mistborn.
