Dwarves - the master race

Advice

All dwarves can get steel soul feat (+4 racial bonus on saving throws against spells and spell-like abilities)

Dwarf Cavaliers get: Add +1/2 to the cavalier's bonus to damage against targets of his challenge.

Dwarf Fighters, Brawlers, Swashbucklers, Magi get

Shatterspell (Combat)
Your mighty blows shatter your enemy's magic.
Prerequisites: Disruptive, Spellbreaker, dwarf, 10th-level fighter.
Benefit: As a standard action, you can attempt to sunder an ongoing spell effect as if you had the spell sunder rage power (Ultimate Combat 28). You may use this feat once per day, plus one additional time per day for every 5 points by which your base attack bonus exceeds +10.

And what's the advice you want for that?
Dwarves are alsonot thematically very traveling or poking. Humans got dominant because theyve stuck their noses everywhere no matter the cost.

Still you could make a setting where curiosity killed the cat, listen to Diggy Diggy Hole for an hour and go all "its a dwarf world now" and have it look legit

Well, not just their noses, with all the halves running around. Sometimes, it is all about out breeding the competition. That is how goblins survive when they have the common sense of rocks and get picked off by every level 1 adventurer.

But dwarves...eh...everything you mentioned has problems against supernatural powers. Steel soul only handles spells and SLAs, and shatter spell only works on spell effects. A good witch is more than able to smash most of those. Overall, they are nice options that come up often, but they are far from full proof. Build under the assumption that they are going to get by passed (so 14 wis, Iron will, +1 will trait, etc).
