Missing cards from Pathfinder Adventure Game

I received the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game as a gift, but it seems like I'm missing a large number of cards. It was purchased through Amazon, however. Should I contact Amazon, or will they just redirect me to you folks? Thanks for your help.


I'm sure customer service will let you know this on Monday, but your first option is to try to resolve it with the retailer. The retailer can return the product to their distributor for credit, and the distributor returns it to Pazio for credit, so that it is sent back the same way it was sent out.

If, however, that isn't possible or Amazon won't help you, then you should let Paizo know, becaue they may be able to still help you out (and probably will from what I've seen).

If you do end up asking Paizo for help, you should specify which product exactly it was (Rise of the Runelords or Skull and Shackles? he base set or one of the adventure decks?), as well as which cards seem to be missing. There are card lists here for all the products.

I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon just let you keep the defective one and either refunded the payment or sent you another copy, since they might prefer to not pay for the return shipping.
