Do barbarians get to pick blood rager and skald rage powers?

Bloodragers don't have Rage Powers as far as I know and yes Barbarians can select Skald Rage Powers.

It works a bit differently than you think actually.

There are no "skald rage powers". Skald's pick rage powers from the Barbarian's rage power list. (EDIT: Although DreadKnight says otherwise, so maybe I just haven't seen them)

There are "bloodrage powers", but these are actually not for Bloodragers, they're for Barbarians. Bloodragers gain bloodline powers as they level up, just like Sorcerers. Bloodrage powers are essentially just more rage powers that mimic certain bloodline powers.
