Do Supernatural and Spell Like abilities have V - S - M components?

Rules Questions

I'm pretty sure they don't but I wanted to confirm.

In the following example Wizard Arcane School Conjuration Teleportation Supernatural Ability Shift,

Dimension door has a V component.

If Supernatural Abilities such as shift do not have components, then you could Shift out of a magically Silenced area, but if it uses components as per the spells, then you cannot.

This is just one example.

Please advise.

Supernatural abilities have no components, and they are not they affected by SR nor do they require concentration checks like spells.

Spell like abilities have no components, but they are affected by SR and do require concentration checks like spells if applicable (i.e. hurt while casting, while grappled, to cast defensively to avoid attacks of opportunity).

So both SLAs and SU abilities can be used in areas of silence, but also note that both cease to function in anti-magic fields. Also note that specific examples can trump the general rules of SLAs and SU abilities, but that is rare; the only one I can think of is Witch's Cackle specifically having an verbal component to function even though it is supernatural.
