The server downtime is normally 9 am Pacific Time - 2 hours from now. There will be a new client at that time, and we can log on to EE after setting that up. There was some level of support in the 2d kickstarter that was tied to Early Enrollment (not sure what level - I only supported KS1 and wasn't automatically eligible for Early Enrollment).

If you are entitled to play in EE, early outreach will change to early enrolment once EE starts (ie. later today). If you are not sure what your options are, reviewing the last couple blogs at Goblinworks should help. On my phone, can't provide links but the links are in the relevant threads here. All is explained there. If you can't remember what you pledged for, it will show in your Goblinworks account. If you didn't transition your pledge to a Goblinworks account with the pledge manager tools during the timeline requested long ago, it no longer exists and you should contact Goblinworks customer support.
If you are completely up to date, the new EE client to download will be available after downtime today (9am PST).
Edit: if it is a log in problem with username or password, instructions in blog are to contact customer support (Goblinworks, not Paizo)

Read this BLOG and follow the instructions carefully, especially about the Destiny Twin before you log into the EE Client.
And the EE Client won't be available until about 3 hours from now. (1pm EST)

Well after receiving a reply from customer service I can not play until Jan 2016, open enrollment. So $175 worth of pledges in both kickstarters is not enough money.
If you didn't purchase a package that included access during "Early Enrollment" you won't be able to play immediately.
The cheapest package in kickstarter 2 that included Early Enrollment access was $100.
Did you use most of your pledge for addons or was most of it for the first kickstarter?
If you really want to play now, there should be an option in the goblinworks store to let you upgrade your account to Early Enrollment access.
I would advise that you tread carefully, watch some videos from the alpha period and fully read the description of each package on the goblinworks store before spending anything further.

I feel duped Paizo.
You might want to got to the "View all rewards on my account," page, and take a screen shot, then link to it here. Someone may have an unused EE account that they'd be willing to trade for what you have.

Like most kickstarters, it really matters which category you submit your pledge under. As Cal says, depending what you did with the credit, there may be someone who did pledge for EE but wants to wait for more development who might be willing to trade. Otherwise your probably stuck with what you pledged (though if the credit is unspent you could upgrade to EE access).
Re: Paizo, don't forget Paizo is not making the game, Goblinworks is. GW has leased the IP, and while the CEO of Paizo is a fan and invested in the game, I suspect unless GW violated its agreement for the IP, Paizo can't "make" GW do anything.
