Ghoul fever save

If a PC was hit by four ghoul attacks and failed saves from them all, how does that affect the save each day? Not at all or does it go up by +2 for each failed save? I wasn't sure if only the initial save was affected or the daily save.

Neither the initial nor daily save are effected. Multiple doses increasing the DC is a poison specific rule. Diseases do not stack at all. Look up 'multiple doses of poison' in the SRD/rulebook.

As Blackmane has stated, once you get a disease you don't need to keep checking, as you can't get the same disease more than once at a time (barring either a disease that says otherwise, or some other ability that says otherwise).
