How would you build the Beast from Kung Fu Hustle?

I'm thinking of having him as a big bad for the higher end of the campaign I'm running.

I was thinking a High level Brawler/Monk combo. With Mythic levels.

But what would you use? More Monk than Brawler? Would you add in other classes? A PrC? or archtype?

Monk of the Sacred Mountain/Druid with Pummeling Style, most likely you will grab pummeling charge, so you can pounce with your toad like form.
