Not that I know of, but the Ninja has the Vanishing Trick (limited Invisibility) and the Invisible Blade Master Trick (Greater Invisibility).

Ninja also Shadow Clone (Mirror Image). Not necessarily as good as blur but still provides a miss chance without becoming invisible.
