I have a player in my group who has a level 7 Ranger/skirmisher.
In combat, he will use a bow, then come up close to attack with his Blade of Binding, then pull out a sword and shield to fight.
Is this possible while maintaining your full attack bonus on rolls?
I want to say no because of the rangers chosen combat style but I am confused.
Any help?

Thank you for the quick responses. I am by no means an expert on pathfinder but this player just seems very suspicious. I notified the GM to check over his character sheet because I think he is playing things wrong. Like double attacking with Blade of Binding and adding +15 to his attack rolls.
I am very shifty eyed when I play with him lol.

If you're not the GM, it's not your concern.

Wait, let me clarify this first.
Is he shooting with bow, then moving to melee, then blade of binding then sword and board, all in 1 turn?
By my count this full sequence should be 3 turns.
T1 Shoot with bow
T2 Drop bow(free), charge and draw blade of binding (move, basically) attack with sword
T3 Draw sword and shield (gonna assume quick draw feat and quick draw shield) full attack (ie. 2 attacks, one at full bonus, other at that bonus -5)
Is this possible while maintaining your full attack bonus on rolls?
Full bonus, not really. His second attack each turn has a -5 penalty. Even in archery mode. Note, if he is using rapid shot, that is a full-2/full-2/full-7 on his attack rolls.
