I'm a level 8 rogue (BAB +6/+1) with 20 Dexterity (+5 bonus) and the Weapon Finesse and Improved Two Weapon Fighting feats.
Therefore my Full Attack with light weapons is:
Mainhand +9/+4
Offhand +9/+4
My question is, if I buy Deliquescent Gloves (UE pg 234), is there some reason I can't make those attack as touch attacks that deal 1d6 acid damage instead of using a weapon, and apply sneak attack damage to them when applicable?

Anyone can make a melee touch attack at any time, it just does no damage unless using a spell or other ability. Delinquent gloves allow any touch attack to do and extra 1d6 damage. So yes, you can make a touch attack for 1d6 acid with the gloves, and if that would trigger a sneak attack, the sneak attack will also do acid damage.

Exactly what I wanted to hear!
The gloves seem a bit overpowered for their price now, however.

They are still weaker than Gloves Of Dueling.

You could - but you couldn't put any enhancement bonus onto the gloves. It'd probably only be useful against targets which you have a lot of trouble hitting normally due to massive armor. (Full plate/shield fighters etc.)
Still - not a bad option, and the gloves are a very solid choice for anyone using TWF if they don't have access to gloves of dueling. (8000gp for gloves along with two +1 weapons is cheaper than have two +1 corrosive weapons.) And it's handy to have the option of the touch attack.
It might also be useful if the target is vulnerable to acid, as I believe the sneak attack damage would become acid damage since the only damage dealt without the sneak attack would be acid.

That is the intent, to be able to easily hit things with high physical armor.
That they also add 1d6 acid to my weapon attack when I can use them instead is almost a bonus.Combing the UE looking for ways to Sneak Attack as a touch attack (also found Robe of Needles) as last session we found a guy with 30 AC and I couldn't touch him...

Major Magic rogue talent with Chill Touch works. You only get 2 per day without racial FCBs, but each use will be good for 8 hits.

Burning two rogue talents vs using 8000gp and a gloves slot for an item which is always pretty useful.
While Chill Touch is an option - I think that the Deliquescent Gloves option are at a much lower cost. Plus you don't need to burn a standard action to use them.

I agree the gloves are better, but Major Magic is often overlooked, and it also opens dispelling attack which is great.

Here is a thread where a discussion about touch attacks and whether or not you can have iterative attacks (and thus more than one touch attack per round).
There doesn't seem to be a strong conclusion, and I'm still uncertain myself. However, iterative touch attacks does seem awfully strong if you would qualify for sneak attack. The biggest problem for a rogue is being able to hit. The interesting thing about this game is that as CR goes up, touch AC goes down. So with the exception of fairly rare opponents, a rogue would be almost guaranteed to hit.

Now - I do have a somehwat unrelated question about Deliquescent Gloves. If you only wore one on your weapon hand, would it still work propertly. (Unlike some other gloves - there's no mention of needing to wear both.)
I'm not saying that you could buy a single one for 4,000gp, as they're made as a pair, but could two characters in a party buy a pair communally and then split them between the two of them? Assuming neither was a TWF character, they'd each gain the full benefit.
(Or in PFS you could buy a pair - only use one - and then share out the second for the length of an adventure.)
