Approximate Values of Various Size Categories?

I'm pretty sure there is a table somewhere that gives the approximate values of the various size categories but I can't seem to find it for the life of me.

You know, Large, Huge etc

Does the table apply to objects as well? Is a $5 footlong considered diminutive?

A diminutive object with a value of $5.
How about a gem? That would be a Fine object with a big gp Value.
