Rogue Talents: As a rogue gains experience, she learns
a number of talents that aid her and confound her foes.
Starting at 2nd level, a rogue gains one rogue talent.
She gains an additional rogue talent for every 2 levels of
rogue attained after 2nd level. A rogue cannot select an
individual talent more than once.
Advanced Talents: At 10th level, and every two levels
thereafter, a rogue can choose one of the following
advanced talents in place of a rogue talent.
Seems pretty cut and dry that you can't select an individual talent more than once since it very specifically says so in the description.

Gaining the Advanced Talents class feature gives the rogue the OPTION of choosing an Advanced Rogue Talent instead of a Rogue Talent at every 2nd level. It says nothing about allowing the rogue the option to choose the same Rogue Talent again.
EDIT: Eh, I appears my reading comprehension is lacking tonight. I thought you said one thing, when you meant another.
No, you cannot select a Rogue Talent or Advanced Rogue Talent more than once except if the talent in question says you can, such as Ninja Trick.
