Order 3385888 - Missing Promo Cards

I got in the 4th Skulls & Shackles adventure via my subscription, but the promo cards were missing. I did have a Christmas card in there, but neither of the two promotional cards.

Please let me know if there is any other information I could provide.

They can get added to my subscription for the 5th adventure to save you guys from having to ship them out if that helps at all.

The warehouse has been putting the promo cards inside the deck box itself for Deck 4, to secure them in transit. If you haven't yet, can you please check inside the actual deck box, and let me know if the promo cards are in there (or not)? Thanks!

I did check the box, as I pulled out all the cards to sleeve them and put them in my main box. They were not there.
