Eh, barbarian's can be pretty simple. Do you know your attribute purchase method?
Attributes:
Min Str 16 (or higher, wicked easy for an orc)
Min Con 15.
Others to taste. I wouldn't reduce wisdom too much (say, min of 12).
Some rage powers are keyed off of charisma/intimidate; don't tank charisma if you want to be intimidating or use those powers, but I wouldn't over-invest in it either.(or be willing to spend a feat on Intimidating Prowess)
Skills:
Acrobatics, Climb, Intimidate, Perception, Profession (sailor), Swim, a little survival
Gear:
High crit two handed weapon (falchion is classic and fairly setting neutral)
"Must have" feats
power attack
raging vitality (at least by 3rd, or 5th at the latest) (APG)
feats, other
Stick with the standards: furious focus, weapon focus, improved crit and critical focus, critical feats. maybe toughness and iron will.
rage powers
I don't know about must have, but here are are a few neat ones:
-knockback (pretty nice on a ship when you want to know lesser foes overboard)
-savage dirty trick (champions of balance)
-a lot of people swear by guarded life (APG, I think)
-elemental totem, lesser -> water totem -> water totem greater (Blood of the Elements)
-elemental blood, lesser -> elemental blood-> elemental blood, greater (ACG)
-raging climber -> bestial climber (UC)
-raging swimmer -> bestial swimmer (UC)
Don't ignore ranged attacks. A lot of ship to ship will be ranged at lower levels; at least pick up some javelins.
A lot of my listed options require some levels to come into play. Check out archives of nethys

It's 20 point buy sorry I forgot to mention that. My problem is honestly just setting up the ability stats. I was looking at something like STR 18, DEX 16, CON 16, INT 5, WIS 11, and CHA 5. I know I will have nothing for skill points and my intimidate will blow, but I thought a big dumb full orc would be set up kinda like that. Also I found this feat called "Godless Healing" and I was wondering if that would be a feat worth picking up since my AC will be 15 while raging since sea reavers can only wear light armor.

Hmmm. Were it me I would flip dex and strength (so 20 str 14 dex after racial) or turn down your dex and bump your mental scores. An autistic, childlike sailor won't fly with most crews - you're more stupid then a bestiary orc. Dex isn't going to save you from many blows past level 3 or 4.
Godless healing is not a very strong feat; potions or clerics are better.
