Note there is no in game notification that the server is going down for daily maintenance, that is a highly requested feature yet to be implemented (arrival: TBD)

You will have to wait to get new XP. You won't mind in 2 weeks - but at the moment it hurts.

No there is not. Though there WERE hints that when they bring in currently unavailable races like Gnome we might possibly get a rebuild option. No guarantees on that though.

Good thing is that in PFO there is no XP cap so there really is no such thing longterm as being minmax.

Its not as if in 5 years time sitting on 4 million XP you are going to be saying "geez I regret putting that 300 XP into encumbrance". :D

When they bring in extra races you'll have a chance to change race. That has nothing to do with any desired skill rebuild.
