The new titan can wield a two handed weapon for a creature one size larger than themselves with this ability

Giant Weapon Wielder (Ex): At 1st level, a titan fighter can wield two-handed melee weapons intended for creatures one size category larger than himself, treating them as two-handed weapons. He takes an additional – 2 penalty on attack rolls when using an oversized two-handed weapon. This ability replaces the fighter’s 1st level bonus feat.

What is the penalty at first level to his attack roll with said weapon if he is proficient with it?

Scarab Sages

- 4. You can normally use an oversized weapon at a -2 penalty if you can hold it. For example, the iconic Barbarian uses a large bastard sword.

This ability allows you to wield a weapon that would normally be impossible, with an additional -2 penalty.
-2 + -2 = -4

Shadow Lodge

Yeah that sums it, i think its a little overkill but whatever, at least is working as intended. Its probably more directed to be used towards higher levels

Similarly, what is the reach of a Large longspear wielded by a medium titan using this feat?

Scarab Sages

Forget the large longspear, there is a new weapon in the same book called a Sarissa that is a longspear with a reach of 10-15.
