Good morning! On Friday I received an email from Paizo saying my subscription shipped, but UPS tracking isn't showing it actually having been tendered into their system. Is everything good to go?

Because of the volume and the way subscription shipments are processed (in batches/waves), it is difficult to pinpoint exactly when any one package may leave the warehouse. This is why your shipping confirmation email also say that it "is expected to ship from the Paizo warehouse by Tuesday, December 16 via UPS Ground, estimated 5 business days in transit."

Additionally, it can sometimes take up to a few days for the tracking information to update after it is picked up.
