Fire domain Theologian. Starting at 3rd, with feats already chosen (Additional Traits, have to to get traits, Sacred Summons).
What spell is the best to choose for Magical Lineage?
A couple of questions:
1) Will your DM allow feat retraining to select a different spell?
2) Will your level progression be fast or very slow?
If you will be stuck on level 3 for a long time, but you can retrain, go with burning hands. If you can't retrain and/or don't expect to be on level 3 for long, go with fireball.
Blakmane, I don't think so, and it's a PbP here, so don't know that either. He's still choosing who he wants to play, and he needs the full stats before hand.

Fireball is the best choice.
I do have Int 13, but can't afford Spell Focus/Specialization yet, but will be able too by the time it matters.
I think fireball. Make sure to have ways to get other elements in play. But fireball is the superior Spell for this. If you start a bit up you can also take flame strike. It is a better Spell thematicly IMOP
