New Magic Item, Girdle of the Perfected Warrior

Advice

I was thinking of an item...

I would assign this to a belt slot, since it mimics a Belt of Physical Perfection +4 and also grants abilities similar to other belt slot items.

Girdle of the Perfected Warrior:

GIRDLE OF THE PERFECTED WARRIOR
Price 42,000 gp; Aura strong transmutation; CL 15th; Weight 1 lb.
As a free action, the wearer of the Girdle of the Perfected Warrior can flex into a hulking pose, letting her act as though affected by a Transformation spell for up to 15 rounds each day. The Transformation effect's duration need not be consecutive rounds.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
Cost 21,000 gp
Craft Wondrous Item, Transformation

Designed as follows:
7th level effective spell level, CL 15, Use Activated, 1/day
(7 x 15 x 2,000)/5= 42,000 GP

The spell is 6th level, but I added +1 level (as if using an Extended Metamagic Feat) for the ability to break up the duration.
What do you think?

Boots of speed break up the duration without increasing cost. No need to raise it a level.

That is true, and the idea I was modeling the item after. The ability to turn a buff on and off for its duration is very powerful though. The item would cost 36,000 GP without the extra level. Hmmmm...
