Is there a list somewhere that I can review that shows ALL the animal companion choices for a Hunter and/or Mad Dog Barbarian in PFS play? I want something a bit different than the normal Big Cat/Wolf.

Try this link at Archives of Nethys. The ones that are PFS legal have a little glyph of the open road icon next to them. (Verify in Additional Resources that they are legal, as Archives of Nethys isn't an official source, but I would be surprised if much there were wrong.)
