ACG added the Air Step spell.
The ability to utilize this spell is dependent on having ranks in the Fly skill.
"You cannot take ranks in this skill without a natural means of flight or gliding. Creatures can also take ranks in Fly if they possess a reliable means of flying every day (either through a spell or other special ability)."
Does having access to this spell count for purposes of learning the Fly skill as access to a means of flight? If not, is there any way short of a magical item or a specific domain that a cleric can qualify to put ranks in the Fly skill?

Ick. That's kinda murky. I'm honestly not sure which way I'd go on that.
EDIT: Thinking about it more, the spell doesn't actually let you fly, it just benefits from having ranks in Fly. So since you don't actually fly, I don't think it qualifies you for putting ranks in. As for clerical methods that aren't domains or items... being a tengu with the gliding alternate racial trait should work, since Fly explicitly mentions natural gliding. Not sure what else, though.

I agree that acrobatics would have been a better choice, but since this is for PFS I've got to deal with the rules as written.
There has been speculation that because a glider (500 gp in Ultimate Combat) lets you use Fly for piloting rolls, owning one will allow you to put ranks in Fly.
This is a possibility once I get some more money.
