Removing Manyshot + Replacing with 2 new feats

I know the "Manyshot is OP" conversation has been beaten to death, complete TPK. Regardless, I'm of the opinion that this feat is too powerful my homebrew campaign. So, my friend and I developed 2 new feats to replace Manyshot. I want your opinions as to whether this is a good substitution.

Improved Rapid Shot ~ Prerequisites: Dex 17, Rapid Shot, base attack bonus +6. In addition to the standard single extra attack you get when using Rapid Shot, you make an additional attack with your weapon, albeit at an -5 penalty (this stacks with Rapid Shot penalty).

Greater Rapid Shot ~ Prerequisites: Dex 19, Improved Rapid Shot, Rapid Shot, base attack bonus +11. You get a third additional attack with your weapon, albeit at a -10 penalty (this stacks with Rapid Shot penalty).

As you can read, these new feats are in line with a two-weapon fighting feats. Keep in mind that these new feats will play into effect with Manyshot removed from the campaign.

Or... should I just remove Manyshot all together without these 2 new feats, with the archer being powerful enough with advantage of range?

Please, I welcome any and all opinions and suggestions.


Actually, I'm in a different camp.

I believe that TWF should all be ONE feat to bring it closer to how manyshot functions.

If it were me, I'd actually change rapid shot to be 2 attacks as standard action, and leave manyshot effecting full-attack actions.
