The Two-Weapon Fighting mechanic does not interact with natural attacks at all.
So figure out what your attacks would be if you had no natural weapons at all, and then just staple your natural attacks on top of the final result (with all natural attacks being at -5 to hit, and with none of them using a limb that was already used for your weapon attacks).

It depends on what natural attacks you have. You can't use claws like you're suggesting. But you can do bite/gore/tail/others.
If you're trying to use claws you can't because you already used that hand for main 1/main 2/off 1/off 2. Improved two weapon fighting doesn't give you extra natural attacks so you wouldn't get "natural, natural" if you only have one regular natural attack.
So it looks like it's your second one.
How about you tell us what natural attack(s) you have and we'll spell it out for you?

Let's say you have a Longsword, as your primary weapon, and shortsword, as your secondary weapon. You also have a bite, and a gore.
So, normal two-weapon fighting, with two-weapon fighting feat:
Longsword(-2), Shortsword(-2), Bite(-5), Gore(-5).
So, two weapon fighting, or even high BAB, can never increase your number of natural weapon attacks.
You can use your natural weapon attacks, in addition to your normal attacks, but they are treated as secondary natural weapons.
You cannot use natural attacks, along with manufactured weapon attacks, if they use the same limb.
So, in the example above, you could not use claws, in addition to your Longsword and Shortsword attacks.

Here's how it works with a fairly extreme example: Level 9 Tengu Ninja
Feats:
Improved Unarmed, Two Weapon Fighting, Improved Two Weapon Fighting
Racial swap: Claw Attack
This is a character designed to throw tons of attacks. You have a few different options, ignoring the option to use a Ki point for an extra attack:
Claw/Claw/Bite (all at full bonus)
OR
Punch/Punch/Punch/Punch/Bite (-2/-2-/7/-7/-5)
OR
Kick/Kick/Kick/Kick/Claw/Claw/Bite (-2/-2/-7/-7/-5/-5/-5)

I'm not trying to make things more confusing, just wondering.
Was there ever a clear answer either way whether a PC can bite and gore in the same turn (basically, whether the two attacks count as using the same limb or not)? I've seen it argued both ways. I favor allowing it, just wondered if any developers have ever chimed in.
