Level 2 Anger Spiritulist Game

So, we were trying to save someone who was kidnapped, right? My Hellknight Spirit is a spirit of anger, and therefore is prone to kill first tactics. While everyone else was busy fighting some wolves on our way to the shop of the lady who was in charge of the kidnapping (We had evidence), my spirit just phase lurches in and smacks her silly with his earthbreaker. Apparently, the plan wsa to just let the person go, which is completely morally wrong. A venture liutenet specifically told the players they're allowed to attack my spirit if he kept attacking her. In the end, they ended making tea for her... I love the spiritulist, but a few things I'd like to see:
-Clarification on whether or not the spirit keeps its items with it when it returns to my head/dies.
-A shorter casting rate (Perhaps a FRA) to fully-manifest the spirit when it's already partially manifested.
-Clarification on whether or not the spirit can change how it looks.
-More rounds for the ectoplasmic shield. 1 round per level is VERY low.
