My Lenovo Ideapad P500 uses Intel HD Graphics 4000. I am able to play the game fine. When I was playing the Alpha, I kept the graphics settings on the middle tier. You can check out other desktop and laptop builds in System Requirements thread. It is not a graphically demanding game.

The 4600 is 30% faster than a 4000 so in theory if a 4000 works a 4600 should be even better.

Memory seems the biggest issue as far as my testing goes.
Integrated graphics and 8GB might be perfectly fine, integrated graphic and 4GB could have much more issues.
The whole game seems to use up too much memory to allow a lot of that being used for graphics if you only have 4GB.
Just try it on different settings.

I have worked with several people on this, as long as you have at least 6gigs of ram then the 4000 HD series or better will work just fine. As a matter of fact they will run on Fantastic at about 5-10 FPS, or on the crappiest at 30-50 (depending on where you are at).
Which sorta makes a 64 bit OS the minimum for PFO really.
