The rules for the "generic" Shaman hexes from the ACG aren't very clear.

Are the "generic" Shaman hexes "granted by your spirit"?
I'm pretty confident that they can be selected with Extra Hex. I also think Wandering Hex, Spirit Guide Oracles, Spirit Whisperer Wizard, etc, are supposed to be able to use the generic hexes. But RAW it's very ambiguous.
