There has been a few occasions already where we use one card in place of another in OP either as a henchman or as a normal boon that gives a chance to close the location.
Rather than try to remember which boon is the special one or to ignore what it says on the henchman card and do what the scenario says would it be possible to get a set of eight generic henchman cards to cover this function.
Probably this would be via "Drive Through RPG" like the errata cards. Cards really just has to say "Refer to scenario special instructions" or something similar.
This would put less strain on my less than perfect memory.

For our attempt of Salvage Operations, we took another random card of the appropriate type and placed it under the location, with the card type sticking out. Naturally, you'd have to shuffle those back into the deck if you needed a random card of that type, but at least we didn't have to try to remember. You could do this with higher-numbered cards from a player's class deck box, too.
I like Hawkmoon's suggestion about the Azu, but our box isn't sleeved, so that wouldn't work. A placeholder henchman would have been nice, as there was always that "What's this, a Ruffian? He's only a 7..." moment before we'd remember.
Hell, if you're talking about having DriveThruRPG make cards, why not print the actual Azu?
