Have TS3, need help

Ok, at the behest of Karlbob, I have TS3 now.

Next time I am in game, I would appreciate some guidance on how to use it beyond setting up my hotkeys.

One thing that gets over looked a lot is that for your keybinds to talk to work while in game, you need to run TS in admin mode.

Why would we want to talk to Sspitfire anyway?

I have no idea, but I think some people might actually like me as a person while others would like to not get killed while partied with me doing escalations.
