Hi,

I have just returned home from vacation to discover that my recent order from you has incurred customs charges, despite its contents not actually being liable for them.

Upon investigation this is due to your customs declaration incorrectly listing the contents of the package as "merchandise" instead of "books", despite your earlier communication to the contrary.

I have forwarded further details and supporting documentation to customer.service@paizo.com for your attention.
