The Skald's Raging Song states:
If a raging song affects allies, when the skald begins a raging song and at the start of each ally's turn in which they can hear the raging song, the skald's allies must decide whether to accept or refuse its effects. This is not an action. Unconscious allies automatically accept the song. If accepted, the raging song's effects last for that ally's turn or until the song ends, whichever comes first.
My reading of this is that outside of their own turn characters are not considered to be under the effects of Raging Song, so with Inspired Rage they don't benefit from the stat boosts or Rage powers when it is not their turn, nor do they have -1 AC. With Song of the Fallen they would die at the end of their turn every round and the Spell Warrior's weapon enchants would keep blinking on and off.
Are the effects supposed to keep switching on and off?

I think it would be quite obvious it is meant to last a full turn, due to the fact that giving a con bonus has very little affect on the characters otherwise. Same with AC, unless you are playing a character that makes people punch them during his turn. RAW? You are correct. But logic has to win out once in a while.
