For the latter: you're looking at the standard TWF penalties for non-light weapons (-6/-10 without any feats, -4/-4 with Two-Weapon Fighting).
For the former: Ask your GM, as this question seems to create a s&%#storm whenever it crops up. You may be good with just Two-Weapon Fighting. You may be required to take Multiweapon Fighting, which is basically the Monster Feat version of TWF for creatures with 3+ hands (but every example I know of uses those hands for 3+ separate weapons). You may just be screwed.
Other things to ask your GM about are how the strength bonuses are applied (personally I'd assume as TWF, 1x and .5x, but you /are/ two-handing...), and if you are required to take Multiweapon Fighting, can you take Improved/Greater TWF to work off of it.
