The closest you can come on your own is getting a casting of Enlarge Person on yourself followed by Permanency.

Closest you can see it on a PC is the Eagle Shaman, who can (from APG's FAQ):

"an eagle shaman druid can use wild shape to take the form of a Medium eagle (as if applying the giant creature simple template to a Small eagle), and can use wild shape to take the form of a Huge roc (as if applying the young creature simple template to a Gargantuan roc)."

Define legal... The second your gm allow it, it's legal.

I've run several campaigns where chars got templates, an it's great fun for a few sessions.

Be carefull it doesn'tbecome too normal. (it can become VERY hard going back to a standard 15p build after running with a giant halfdragon 45pointbuy killing machine...)

Tiefling, Skinwalker and Aasimar can descend from any race of humanoid. There are plenty of giants that count as humanoid.

You inherrit only the size modifiers, not even the type. just the size modifiers...

It's technically legal to be a sion of humanity Aasimar and also of giant blood because RAW f$~~age.
