Looking for a ranged combat feat

Advice

Is there a feat out there (even 3rd party) which allows a ranged attacker to forego his iterative attacks when using the full attack action in order to gain an attack bonus on his primary attack?

Additional attacks from rapid shot, haste and other sources should still be available, but someone with BAB +16 would be making one attack at +x (where X > 16) instead of four at +16/+11/+6/+1, and then anything from rapid shot, haste, etc. would be made at +16 -- the highest BAB, unmodified by the above bonus.

I am not aware of any Paizo material, but I flagged your post to be moved to the Advice forum so you will have a better chance of getting the answer you seek.

Bullseye Shot (Combat)

You slow your breath, calm yourself, and hit the bullseye, just as you were trained to do.

Prerequisite(s): Point-Blank Shot, Precise Shot, base attack bonus +5.

Benefit(s): You can spend a move action to steady your shot. When you do, you gain a +4 bonus on your next ranged attack roll before the end of your turn.

==========
Focused Shot (Combat)
Your anatomical insight adds deadliness to your shots.

Prerequisites: Int 13, Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot.

Benefit: As a standard action, you may make an attack with a bow or crossbow and add your Intelligence modifier on the damage roll. You must be within 30 feet of your target to deal this extra damage. Creatures immune to critical hits and sneak attacks are immune to this extra damage.

Special: Starting at 2nd level, a ranger with the archery combat style may select Focused Shot as a combat style feat.

Both pretty bad

Bullseye Shot won't do the trick because I need him to be able to do this during a full round action, sacrificing his iterative attacks but retaining any extras due to rapid shot, haste, etc. Bullseye Shot requires a move action, leaving him with only a single attack action.

Focused Shot won't do the trick because I need him to be able to do this during a full round action, sacrificing his iterative attacks but retaining any extras due to rapid shot, haste, etc. Focused Shot requires a standard action, limiting him to that single attack. Also, this character doesn't meet the INT requirement and isn't due another combat style feat.

Although it's unrelated to what the OP is looking for, I just realized that Bullseye Shot wouldn't be bad for use with Snowball (and other ranged attack spells).
