Blade Adept Spellstrike

Is it intended that the Blade Adept's Spellstrike retains the restriction to only work with spells that are on the Magus' spell list, or should it be assumed that it works with all touch spells on the Arcanist list instead?

I'm 100% sure it's intended to work with Arcanist list and not just spells that are on that list that are also on magus.
