Dwarf Character Models

I'll start by saying that I realize this is an early stage of development and that all things considered the dwarf models are actually very nice. However as a dwarf aficionado I do have a number of suggestions for how they could be improved.

First the dwarf characters are simply too fat. While I think it would be perfectly natural for any good dwarf to have a respectable paunch the girth the characters right now would lead one to believe that they are all pregnant with triplets.

Also the models appear to be somewhat top-heavy. Broad shoulders and big guts sit atop fairly spindly legs. I would like to see the length of the legs increased slightly. They should also be thickened to give the impression of and sturdy and well-balanced creature. On the same lines I think the feet should be made broader to better support the stocky frame.

I agree Elder Days. I am pleased to be able to choose my Dwarf body (and quite a body it is!). But later after critical systems are in place a wider variety of body types and proportions, faces, hair styles, beards and beard decorations (we Dwarves do love to decorate our hair, the men moreso even than the women!).

Right now I have to use the nickname Goldponytail instead of Goldbraid, as braids are not yet available. I am a patient Dwarf though, and know all the character models will be shown additional love in due time.

(NOTE: My hands are HUGE! Maybe I'll take up handball.)

You can't perform the "Stance of the Xorn" with a topheavy Dwarf on spindly little legs. A Xorn would not have it!

I think the dwarf models are probably the best ones in the game right now, both sexes wise. The female human has a serious case of sailor legs while the elves have those awful ears.

I actually like the current male dwarf.

However an in game ability to adjust the rotundity during character creation (maybe a slim/stocky slider) would be awesome.

Thick sturdy legs and arms of coiled muscle are a must for dwarves.

well, look who's talking, round-ears!

Seriously, my elfs face is much more annoying to me than the ears (which look as expected for Golarion). Also, the running elf lack a certain... grace that you'd expect from elves.

Dwarves just really pack in the Dwarf Growth Hormone supplements. It's called DGH Gut. We gotta get swole, bro.
