2 AOO's for acquire / drinking potion?

Can threatening opponents get an AOO for both the move action to get a potion (like out of a pack) and then also to drink the potion?

Yes both actions produce possibility for an opportunity attack, but unless they have the Combat Reflexes feat, they can only take advantage of one of them.
