Early Entry Mystic Theurge and Lore Oracle

OK, it is always accepted that Wood Oracle can get Early entry into Mystic theurge with "Bend the Grain".

Why can't a Lore Oracle get early entry with "Automatic Writing" at first level it manifests as an Augury Spell which is second level divine?

I am sure there is a reason as it is not in the guides and never mentioned but I can't see it?

It is a Su ability, not a SLA.
